What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a specialised form of life coaching designed to support individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in achieving their personal and professional goals. Unlike traditional coaching, ADHD coaching focuses on the unique challenges faced by those with ADHD, providing tailored strategies to help them overcome obstacles and leverage their strengths.

ADHD coaching is deeply rooted in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) principles. NLP is a psychological approach that involves understanding and modifying thought and behavior patterns. By incorporating NLP techniques, ADHD coaches empower individuals to reframe their mindset, enhance their focus, and improve their emotional regulation.

Our Strategies
Finding the Root Cause
Many problems are a result of another, our method is to work with the client to find the root cause and help resolve it.
Implementing Skills
Instead of teaching strategies on overcoming an obstacle, we teach abstract skills which will allow our clients be more independent.
Emotional Regulation
Negative emotions are a natural response, we aim to improve the ability to understand and control inappropriate or unwarranted emotions
TLT and Longevity
Time Line Therapy helps clients overcome past events but also implements future goals and builds a pathway for their future.
