Dr Le was recently invited by Cam Adair to speak on the Game Quitters Podcast.

Game Quitters is the largest support community for video game addiction. They help 25,000 gaming addicts/month in 80 countries around the world.

In this podcast episode, Dr Le discusses the recent live debate at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists Congress debate on “Should Internet Gaming Disorder be in the DSM5?”

He will discuss the benefit to the children and families, if this diagnosis was fully recognised as a legitimate disorder, versus the concerns of reducing stigma and not blaming those who suffer from this IGD. Dr Le also discusses how he looks at game design, gamer player types and flow psychology.
